Ordered a Kenwood 100L oven from them. Was a bit worried about it shipping all the way from Rawalpindi to Lahore, but it got here super fast and well within the estimated time. The packaging was great, really secure, so it arrived in perfect condition. Smooth experience all around, will definitely buy from them again

Great quality, worth the price

I did a lot of research before deciding on this model and was happy to find it online. Purchasing experience with Friends Home store was smooth, efficient and their delivery was the same. Customer service on WhatsApp was very quick to respond to my questions. The product itself is fantastic, has many useful presets, almost silent when running and very easy to clean. Happy with my purchase and would recommend the vendor and the product both.

Perfection!

The prettiest toaster you’ll find in Pakistan. The touchscreen works perfectly well, the toast doneness buttons are super cute, just a piece of beauty on my new kitchen counter. Local price slightly higher than the global price but that’s expected for imported items and I think it’s fair. Thanks guys!

Excellent Product & Seamless Efficient Service

After researching a/cs and online sellers, I finally purchased a number of these a/cs from Friends Home for delivery and installation in Lahore.

I had never dealt with Friends Home before. Unlike some of the other online companies I had also approached, their team was extremely responsive to all my questions and also provided competitive prices.

The a/cs were also delivered without any fuss, the same day that I transferred funds. I had also requested installation on a Sunday and the installation team came over without hesitation and installed it very professionally.

So far, I am very happy with the performance and the value for money of these a/cs. The cooling is rapid and the airflow is strong.

Thoroughly recommended!

Best Air Fryer by Brilliance

Brilliance air fryer is unique. It provides a large see-through panel and an auto-rotation knob, which make it stand out from the market. Even big names don't provide this feature.

I completely understand your concern. It's really frustrating to face fraud in online shopping. You are absolutely right, ordering from friends is a satisfaction and it's always great to have good customer service and supportive staff. I can imagine how exciting it would be to have a branch in other cities like Multan.

Superb product, awesome seller

Ordered from Karachi, the seller was very responsive in his communication from the beginning. Delivered in 4 days by TCS, box packed with all the included accessories.
And oh my word the system produces excellent details and deep bass even in large room such as mine. Surround performance is also very good while the setup specially the rear speaker wireless kit, was seamless too.
