Worse service

This fan is faulty. I bought it online for my old mother. They sent it with additional charges. When arrived it didn’t work. I am complaining about it for past 8 days and now I wanted a refund. When I asked for refund, they are saying that bring the fan to them and get a refund. And now I would have to pay for taking the faulty fan to them.

Dont Buy It

I bought this in March 2026, and it has been the worst experience I've had with an appliance. Within just three days, the cold water dispenser stopped working. On top of that, the build quality is very poor—the frame is weak and fragile. Within only three months, the front door frame came loose and detached. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
I had bought it for 47,000 and just imagine within 3 months the price has dropped so much and that too in peak season....

Bad experience 😞

I purchased a Gree Airy Pro T3 for PKR 225,000, but I am not satisfied with its airflow performance. Even in Power Gear mode, the airflow does not reach properly over my bed, which is directly in front of the unit. My room is only 17 feet wide, yet the airflow still feels weak in the areas where I need it most.

I would like to suggest an improvement for the Power Gear mode. If the louvers could automatically move slightly lower and more toward the center, the airflow would be directed better toward the bed area. At the moment, the air seems to be thrown too high, and lowering the airflow angle slightly would significantly improve comfort and cooling performance.

If possible, please provide a software or firmware update through Wi-Fi that improves the airflow distribution and adjusts the Power Gear settings. I believe this small change would greatly enhance the user experience and make the cooling more effective.

Please let me know if such an update is available or planned for this model.

Plastic noice...

I dont know what type of plastic this company is using but whenever there is difference in a temperature specifically when compressor is turned off the plastic starts making a cracking sound.. Tak tak sound.. This is so annoying specially when room is quite.

Unfair prices - Deceptive sales staff

I bought this model from Murree road branch and they charged me 180,000 price. Whereas the listed price on their own website was 175,000. I logged complaint but no response. Never buy from friends. There are many dealers u can get good price from.

Rejected appliance Haier

The most wasteful AC in the world is Haier, which takes four amperes of current even on economy mode, while TCL and other ACs draw up to 1.75 amperes on Eco mode.
So I strongly rejected this product and very disappointed on getting this bloody wasteful product.

very bad quality

Air cooler,s quality is very low and terrible... The cooler does not cool properly, and consumes too much water. And we are facing water leakage too.. While I have purchased on the 29th of May. Just a waste of money.

Excellent Ac beaware of Friends free installation service.

Got the Ac from Friends at a very attractive price. Another added advantage was free installation by Friends . However the guys that they have sent Mr .Waqar and Mr.Ali were absolutely horrible .Although one of them is wearing Friends uniform but he is from some third party contractor Mr cool. Haven't used any tegelpn tape for the pipes nor have checked any leakage. Instead of properly fitting the control cable in its sockets cut them brutually on a new ac . Neither installed the provided filters . On the other hand the Acs are working fine and the provided app is great convenience too.

Excellent TV

I love this TV. It has excellent refresh rate, very good sound quality (can’t understand why its sound is rated low in some reviews) and amazing picture quality. It’s remote itself is a piece of art. I liked how it was delivered from Rawalpindi all the way here to Lahore and yet delivered safely (there were a lot of bubbled sheets wrapped around). Also, I liked how they didn’t charge extra fees for credit card transactions.

Things which can improve: This TV has low max brightness (300-400 nits) and Tizen OS is weird but not bad.

One thing I didn’t like about delivery was that seal was already broken of the packing. CS said we do it to check the product before the delivery but it gives room to repackaging the refurbished stuff too. If you want to check the TV before delivery, inform the user and take his permission and show it live on the video call/video message.
