Order Cancellation
- Customers may request to cancel their order before the order has been dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may instead follow our Return or Replacement Policy, where applicable.
How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, kindly email us at hello@friendshome.pk or contact us on WhatsApp at 0326-8079960. Please include your order number and a screenshot of your order confirmation for verification.
Refund Policy
- If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed after the cancellation request has been approved.
- For refunds via bank transfer, the original bank transaction receipt is required for verification.
- Refunds through bank transfer will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for card payments will be be processed within 20–30 working days, depending on the bank or card issuer.
Custom or Special Orders
Orders for specially arranged, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed.
Friends Home Cancellation Rights
Friends Home reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Any unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfillment.
In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund method and processing timeline.
