Fraudulent Product & Dishonest Seller – Beware of TLC AC TEC-PROT3-D2 and Friends Home

I purchased the TLC AC model TEC-PROT3-D2 from Friends Home, and it has been a terrible experience from start to finish.

The product was advertised with a rated current of 5.1 amps, but in reality, it runs at 8.1 amps – a massive difference that leads to high electricity consumption and increased bills. This is a clear case of false and misleading specifications, which amounts to fraud.

To make things worse, Friends Home promised a money-back guarantee and claimed to offer proper after-sales support, but both were lies. Once the sale was made, they completely stopped responding to complaints. Repeated attempts to contact them have been ignored, and they are refusing to take any responsibility for the defective and misrepresented product.

This is not just poor service – it’s dishonest and unethical business. I strongly warn others:
🔴 Do NOT buy the TLC AC TEC-PROT3-D2
🔴 Avoid dealing with Friends Home at all costs

Totally disappointed and feel cheated.
